Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs.
We do not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
In these cases, we will cover any reasonable return shipping costs and make the issue right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have.
Once your return is accepted and processed, you can place a new order separately.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
